目的:建立一种高效液相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法,用于同时测定果蔬中的多种生长调节剂.方法:通过优化样品提取和净化条件,提高目标化合物的检测灵敏度和准确性,采用乙腈联合QuEChERS提取法进行样品前处理,并通过C18 固相萃取柱进行净化.质谱仪采用电喷雾离子源,优化母离子和子离子的扫描范围和碰撞能量.结果:优化后的提取和净化条件能够提高生长剂的提取率,校准曲线R2≥0.996.结论:该方法能有效提高检测灵敏度,操作简单,适用于果蔬中生长调节剂的残留分析.
Objective:To establish an high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of multiple growth regulators in fruits and vegetables.Method:After optimising the sample extraction and clean-up conditions to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the detection of target compounds,acetonitrile combined with QuEChERS extraction was used for the sample pre-treatment and clean-up by a C18 solid phase extraction column.The mass spectrometer used an electrospray ion source to optimise the scanning range and collision energy of the parent and daughter ions.Result:The optimized extraction and purification conditions can improve the extraction rate of growth agents,with a calibration curve R2≥0.996.Conclusion:The method can effectively improve the detection sensitivity,is simple to operate,and is suitable for the analysis of growth regulator residues in fruits and vegetables.
