目的:分析 2014-2023 年云南省保山市野生菌中毒事件的季节性分布特征,为制订保山市野生菌中毒防控策略提供科学依据.方法:通过国家食源性疾病监测报告系统收集 2014-2023 年保山市野生菌中毒事件发生数据,运用集中度和圆形分布法进行描述性流行病学分析.结果:2014-2023年保山市共上报野生菌中毒事件304 起,发病1 080 人,死亡14 人;集中度M值为0.827,说明保山市野生菌中毒事件发生存在明显的季节性;保山市野生菌中毒事件发生高峰在 7 月 12 日,流行期为 6 月 6 日至 8 月 17 日;集中度和圆形分布法分析结果高度一致(R2=0.996 6).结论:2014-2023 年保山市野生菌中毒事件发生具有明显的季节性,建议在流行期来临前落实野生菌中毒防控措施,保障人们身体健康.
Analysis of Seasonal Characteristics of Wild Bacteria Poisoning Events in Baoshan City Based on Concentration Degree and Circular Step Method
Objective:To analyze the seasonal distribution characteristics of wild bacteria poisoning events in Baoshan city from 2014 to 2023,and provide scientific basis for formulating wild bacteria prevention and control strategy in Baoshan city.Method:The incidence data of wild bacteria poisoning events in Baoshan city from 2014 to 2023 were collected through the national foodborne disease surveillance and reporting system,and descriptive epidemiological analysis was carried out by using concentration degree and circular step method.Result:A total of 304 cases of wild bacteria poisoning events were reported in Baoshan city from 2014 to 2023,with 1 080 cases and 14 deaths.The concentration M value was 0.827,indicating that there was obvious seasonality in the report of wild bacteria poisoning events in Baoshan city.The peak of wild bacteria poisoning events in Baoshan city was July 12,and the epidemic period was from June 6 to August 17.The results of concentration were highly consistent with those of circular step method(R2=0.996 6).Conclusion:The outbreak of wild bacteria poisoning events in Baoshan city from 2014 to 2023 has obvious seasonality.It is recommended to implement the prevention and control measures of wild bacteria poisoning before the epidemic period to ensure people's health.
