Analysis of Monitoring Results of Rice Noodles Pollutants in Nanning City
Objective:In order to understand the food safety status of rice noodles in Nanning city,the excessive standard and detection of cadmium,lead,total arsenic,aluminum-containing additives and sulfur dioxide in dry and dry wet rice noodles in Nanning city were analyzed,so as to provide scientific basis for the monitoring,evaluation and early warning of food safety risks.Method:From 2020 to 2023,317 samples were randomly sampled according to the requirements of the Guangxi Food Pollutants and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring Manual.The test was carried out in accordance with the corresponding operating procedures and prescribed standards of the Guangxi Food Contaminants and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring Work Manual.Result:The exceedance rates of cadmium,lead and total arsenic were 0.64%,0.32%and 0.43%,respectively,and the detection rates of aluminum additives and sulfur dioxide were 14.88%and 7.18%,respectively.Conclusion:The rice noodles in Nanning city was less polluted by cadmium,lead and total arsenic,and was not polluted by aluminum additives,which may have the risk of excessive intake of sulfur dioxide.It is suggested to continue to pay attention to the pollution situation of cadmium,lead,arsenic and sulfur dioxide in rice noodles.
