摘要
采用QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法建立一种测定鱼肉中 13 种糖皮质激素的分析方法.结果表明,13种糖皮质激素在1～100 ng·mL-1 时线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,定量限为0.2～5.0 μg·kg-1,加标回收率在 75.1%～95.7%.该方法前处理简单快速,回收率和精密度较高,可用于鱼肉中13 种糖皮质激素的检测.
Abstract
A method to determine 13 glucocorticoids in fish using QuEChERS combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed.By optimizing pre-processing methods and conducting methodological validation,the results indicated that the 13 glucocorticoids exhibited good linearity within the range of 1 ng·mL-1 to 100 ng·mL-1,with correlation coefficients all greater than 0.99,the limits of quantification ranged from 0.2 μg·kg-1 to 5.0 μg·kg-1,and the recovery rates were between 75.1%and 95.7%.This method has simple and fast pre-processing,high recovery rate and precision,and can be used for the detection of 13 glucocorticoids in fish meat.
