Determination of Organochlorine Pesticide Residues in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:An accelerated solvent extraction-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of 11 organochlorine pesticides in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides from Gansu province.Method:The leaves of Eucommia ulmoides were extracted with n-hexane accelerated solvent, purified by HLB solid phase extraction column, and determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Result:The linear relationships of 11 organochlorine pesticides were good in the range of 0.002~0.200 μg·mL-1.The average recoveries of three additive levels were from 70.8%to 110.0%,and the relative standard deviations were from 2.1%to 10.1%(n=6).The detection rate of organochlorine pesticides in 45 batches of leaves of Eucommia ulmoides for sale in Gansu province was 13.3%,and the content of organochlorine detected was low, which did not exceed the national limit. Conclusion:The method is rapid and simple, and can meet the requirements of detection of organochlorine pesticide residues in leaves of Eucommia ulmoidess.
