不同国家和地区的膳食模式有所不同,健康合理的饮食对于每个人的身心健康都起着至关重要的作用.本文从营养与健康视角出发,分析比较了传统膳食模式如温饱型膳食模式、富裕型膳食模式、日本膳食模式、地中海膳食模式,以及新型膳食模式如DASH膳食模式、生酮膳食模式和MIND膳食模式、东方健康膳食模式等不同膳食模式的特点,旨在通过改善饮食结构促进人们的健康发展.
Abstract
Dietary patterns vary from country to country,and a healthy and reasonable diet plays a vital role in everyone's physical and mental health.From the perspective of nutrition and health,this article analyzes and compares the characteristics of traditional dietary patterns such as the subsistence-based dietary pattern,the affluent dietary pattern,the Japanese dietary pattern,the Mediterranean dietary pattern,and new dietary patterns such as the DASH dietary pattern,the ketogenic dietary pattern,the MIND dietary pattern,and the Oriental healthy dietary pattern,aiming to promote people's health development by improving the dietary structure.
