Research on the Role of Polysaccharide Extraction Process Optimization in Improving Food Safety
With the rapid development of food industry,the application of polysaccharide in food is more and more widely.Optimization of the extraction process of polysaccharides is of great significance for improving food quality and safety.This article elaborates on the current development status of polysaccharide extraction technology,analyzed the role of polysaccharide extraction process optimization in improving food safety and proposed further measures to optimize the extraction process,in order to provide some reference and guidance for the technological innovation and sustainable development of polysaccharide extraction processes.
