With the increasingly prominent food safety issues,the demand for food traceability and safety management from all sectors of society is increasing.Radio frequency identification technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology widely used in food safety supervision due to its advantages of large data storage capacity,fast identification,durable labels,and high accuracy.This article aims to explore the current application status,advantages,cases,challenges,and future development trends of radio frequency identification technology in the field of food safety.
