糖类是食品的重要构成元素,对食品的口感、风味及其营养价值有显著影响,还直接关系到食品的品质和保质期.本文基于相关标准对食品中糖类检测的方法、检测原理以及适用的食品类别进行分析,以期为从事食品生产的企业和相关检验检测机构提供技术支持与参考依据.

Sugar is an important component of food,which has a significant impact on the taste,flavor,and nutritional value of food,and directly affects the quality and shelf life of food.This article analyzes the methods,principles,and applicable food categories for detecting sugars in food based on relevant standards,in order to provide technical support and reference for enterprises engaged in food production and related inspection and testing institutions.
