摘要
随着市场经济的发展,食品市场呈现出多元化发展态势,市场中各类型食品不断出现.这虽然为消费者购买食品提供了更多选择渠道,但在一定程度上加大了食品检验工作的压力.基于此,本文阐述了新兴食品检验检测技术及其在食品检验检测中的应用,为相关人员提供食品检验检测技术参考.
Abstract
With the development of market economy,the food market shows a diversified development trend,and various types of food in the market continue to appear.Although this provides consumers with more choice channels to buy food,it has increased the pressure of food inspection to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper describes the emerging food inspection and testing technology and its application in food inspection and testing,in order to provide relevant personnel with food inspection and testing technology reference.
