食品中农药残留检测及前处理技术分析

摘要
农药可防治害虫和植物相关疾病,显著提升作物的产量和质量.然而,农药的不当使用或过量使用可能会导致食品中农药残留问题,对人类健康造成潜在威胁.食品中农药残留通常以微量水平存在,且样品基质中含有各种干扰物质,因此食品中农药残留检测工作面临着极大的挑战.本文综述了食品中农药残留检测技术及前处理技术研究现状,以期为提高农药残留分析的准确性提供参考.
Abstract
Pesticides significantly improve crop yield and quality by controlling pests and plant related diseases.However,improper or excessive use of pesticides may lead to pesticide residues in food,posing a potential threat to human health.Pesticide residues in food exist at trace levels,and the sample matrix contains various interfering substances.Therefore,the detection of pesticide residues in food faces great challenges.This paper reviewed the research status of pesticide residue detection technology and pretreatment technology in food,in order to provide reference for improving the accuracy of pesticide residue analysis.
