Application Study of Biosensor Technology in Food Safety Detection
Biosensor technology has the characteristics of high sensitivity,rapid detection and easy operation,and can be applied in the field of food safety detection.This paper introduces the basic principle of biosensor technology and its application in the detection of microbial contamination,pesticide residues,heavy metal ions and allergens,and discusses the advantages and limitations of the current technology,in order to provide reference for expanding the application scope of biosensor technology in food safety detection.
