摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,消费者对食品质量和食品安全问题的关注度也显著上升.我国对于食品中的添加物质有极其严格的规定,但仍有一些不法商贩为了提升食品的整体品质,向食品中添加非法添加物,对消费者的饮食健康造成严重影响.因此,本文就食品中非法添加物快速检测方法进行了综述,以期为提升食品中非法添加物检测成效提供一定的参考.
Abstract
With the continuous development of China's social economy,people's living standards have gradually improved,prompting consumers to pay significantly more attention to food quality and food safety issues.For the added substances in food,the country has extremely strict regulations,but there are some illegal traders in order to improve the overall quality of food,to add illegal additives to food,which has a serious impact on the dietary health of consumers.Therefore,this paper summarizes the rapid detection methods of illegal additives in food,in order to provide some reference for improving the detection effectiveness of illegal additives in food.
