Analysis of Food Safety Hazards and Improvement of Supervision Mechanism in the Prefabricated Vegetable Industry in Changsha City
Prefabricated dishes,as an important component of modern catering,meet the dietary needs of modern consumers with their convenience and efficiency.However,issues such as inconsistent raw material quality,control errors during processing,abuse and misuse of food additives,potential risks during storage and transportation,and lack of industry standards and supervision seriously threaten the food safety of prefabricated dishes.Based on this,this article elaborates on the hidden dangers in food safety in the pre made vegetable industry in Changsha,and proposes improvement strategies such as strengthening the implementation of main responsibilities,improving the legal and regulatory system,strengthening technological innovation and application,and establishing a sound regulatory mechanism,intended to ensure food safety and promote the high-quality development of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Changsha.
