加强食品微生物检测是保障食品安全的重要举措.本文通过对食品微生物检测项目及检测技术的现状进行介绍,详细概述了常见的食品微生物检测技术原理以及应用研究情况,以期为食品微生物检测技术持续发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
Strengthening food microbial testing is an important measure to ensure food safety.This paper introduces the current situation of food microbial testing items and detection technologies,and summarizes the principles and application research of common food microbial detection technologies in detail,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of food microbial detection technology.
