摘要

食品安全监督抽检是民生工程、民心工程,关系着人们的身体健康和生命安全,也关乎着政府公信力和国家形象.食品安全监督抽检工作需坚持以人民为中心,坚持问题导向、标本兼治.各级市场监督管理部门以及各承检机构应以发现问题,防范风险为原则,从解决人们普遍关心的突出问题入手,提高食品安全监督抽检靶向性,不断提高不合格样品发现率,将不合格食品拒绝在市场外,远离餐桌.这是新时期提高食品安全抽检工作水平的基本要求.基于此,本文对提高食品安全监督抽检不合格样品发现率进行探讨.

Abstract

Food safety supervision and sampling is a project of people's livelihood and people's hearts,which is related to the health and life safety of the people,and also concerns the credibility of the government and the image of the China.Market supervision and management departments at all levels and the inspection institutions should be based on the principle of finding problems and preventing risks,starting from solving prominent problems of general concern,improving the targeting of food safety supervision sampling,constantly improving the detection rate of unqualified samples,and refusing unqualified food outside the market and away from the table.This is the basic requirement for improving the level of food safety sampling inspection in the new era.Based on this,this paper discusses how to improve the detection rate of unqualified samples in food safety supervision.
