Application Status of Domestic Food Safety Test Strip
In the context of the new era,the food safety test strip is widely used in the field detection and preliminary screening of food quality and safety because of its advantages of wide detection range,high sensitivity,low cost,high speed and safety in use,it provides a solid foundation for improving the efficiency of relevant detection work in our country.In view of this,this article focuses on analyzing the application status of domestic food safety testing strips,and puts forward several suggestions for the problems existing in its application,the purpose is to promote China's food safety testing organizations and relevant technical personnel to use domestic food safety testing strips more scientifically,widely and effectively,in order to give full play to its advantages and value.
