摘要
互联网经济带动了网络餐饮行业的发展,便捷的网络餐饮服务受到了社会大众的喜爱,但其发展中存在一些食品安全问题和监管难点.本文通过梳理网络餐饮服务的基本情况,对网络餐饮食品安全监管难点进行分析,并提出相应的监管措施和优化建议,以期能够推动网络餐饮行业良性发展.
Abstract
The Internet economy has driven the development of the online catering industry.The convenient online catering service has been loved by the public,but there are also some food safety problems and regulatory difficulties in its development.By combing the basic situation of online catering service,this paper analyzed the difficulties in the supervision of online catering food safety,and put forward corresponding supervision measures and optimization suggestions,in order to promote the healthy development of online catering industry.
