摘要

食品理化检验作为保障食品安全的重要技术手段,其准确性和可靠性对于维护消费者健康、促进食品贸易和提升国家食品安全管理水平至关重要.本文围绕食品理化检验技术的现状及存在的问题进行深入分析,并在此基础上提出针对性的对策,为提升我国食品理化检验质量提供参考.

Abstract

As an important technical means to ensure food safety,the accuracy and reliability of food physical and chemical testing are crucial to maintaining consumer health,promoting food trade and improving the level of national food safety management.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status and existing problems of food physical and chemical testing technology,and on this basis proposes targeted countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of food physical and chemical testing in China.
