Research on Optimization of Quality Management Issues in Food Inspection and Testing Institutions
Quality management is the key to ensuring food safety and inspection accuracy.In order to further improve the work efficiency and inspection quality of food inspection and testing institutions,this paper analyzes the current problems in quality management of food inspection and testing institutions,such as unscientific sample management,unreasonable personnel structure,and incomplete information construction,etc.,and proposes optimization measures such as strengthening the management of test sample,optimizing the personnel training system,and strengthening information testing management,in order to effectively ensure food safety and enhance public's trust in food inspection and testing institutions.
