Determination of Arsenic and Antimony Migration in Glass Baijiu Bottles by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry
Objective:An analytical method for the determination of arsenic and antimony migration in glass Baijiu bottles by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established.Method:The samples of Baijiu bottles were soaked in food simulant at 22℃ for 24 h,and then measured by using 0.45 μm microporous filter membrane with inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.Result:Arsenic and antimony had good linear relationship in their respective linear ranges, and the detection limits were 0.05 mg·L-1 and 0.1 mg·L-1,respectively.The recoveries were 91.9%to 105.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.36%to 4.52%.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and efficient, and is suitable for the high-throughput detection of arsenic and antimony migration in glass Baijiu bottles.
