Application of Spectral Analysis in the Detection of Food Ingredients
Spectral analysis technology has been widely used in food ingredient detection due to its fast,non-destructive,and environmentally friendly characteristics.This article reviews the current application status of spectral analysis technology in food ingredient detection,analyzes the challenges it faces in ingredient identification resolution,matrix effect interference detection,and high data processing complexity,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,including improving instrument resolution,applying matrix correction technology,optimizing data processing algorithms,etc.By continuously optimizing technical means,spectral analysis technology will play a greater role in the field of food ingredient detection,providing important technical support for ensuring food safety.
