Optimization of Fabric Phase Sorptive Extraction Conditions for Organophosphorus Pesticides in Vegetable Samples
In this paper,an experimental optimization of the fabric phase sorptive extraction method for the detection of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables was carried out, combining gas chromatography and mass spectrometry for the rapid determination of four organophosphorus pesticides in vegetable samples, including beans, tomatoes, aubergines and cabbages.Under the experimental conditions of stirring speed 1 200 r·min-1,extraction time 25 min,100 μL ethyl acetate desorption for 8 min and desorption twice, the extraction efficiency of organophosphorus pesticides was the highest. The recoveries of the organophosphorus pesticides ranged from 92.3%to 98.9%in tomato,88.6%to 97.9%in cabbage,88.9%to 95.6%in aubergines, and 88.2%to 97.3%in beans, with a narrow distribution of the recovery values, which indicated that the optimized test had high sensitivity and reproducibility. The results of the actual sample analyses showed that the method is green, rapid, economically feasible and suitable for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetable samples.
