Analysis and Evaluation of Typical Heavy Metals in Aquatic Products
In order to understand the heavy metal pollution status of aquatic products commonly consumed by residents, the heavy metal content of aquatic products on the market is analyzed, and the single factor pollution index and metal pollution index method are used to evaluate. The results show that the content of the lead in 24 kinds of aquatic products is 0.000 8~0.342 2 g·kg-1,the content of chromium is 0.000 9~0.205 3 mg·kg-1,and the content of cadmium is 0.000 4~0.768 2 mg·kg-1,the content of mercury is 0.003 1~0.107 2 mg·kg-1,the content of inorganic arsenic is 0.000 1~0.053 8 mg·kg-1,and the content of five heavy metals did not exceed the limited edition of national security standards;chromium and inorganic arsenic are at normal levels, and there are mild pollution in lead, cadmium, and mercury;Paphia undulata has the strongest ability to accumulate heavy metals.
