本文采用HPLC-柱后光化学衍生法测定玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1 含量,通过系统分析整个测定过程的影响因素,评估不确定度来源,评定各个不确定度分量,发现标准物质浓度、标准溶液配制与测量重复性引入的不确定度对测量结果的影响较大.当玉米样品中黄曲霉毒素B1 含量为 7.86 μg·kg-1 时,扩展不确定度为 0.68 μg·kg-1(k=2).
Uncertainty Evaluation for Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Maize by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Post Column Photochemical Derivatization
High performance liquid chromatography-post column photochemical derivatization method was used to determine aflatoxin B1 content in corn.Through systematic analysis of the influencing factors of the whole determination process,the sources of uncertainty were evaluated,and each uncertainty component was evaluated.It was found that the uncertainty introduced by the concentration of standard substance,the preparation of standard solution and the measurement repeatability had a great influence on the measurement results.When aflatoxin B1 content was 7.86 μg·kg-1,the extended uncertainty was 0.68 μg·kg-1(k=2).
