Research on Detection Methods for Drug Residues in Aquatic Product
This article analyzes the current research status of drug residue detection methods in aquatic food,and analyzes the main problems of existing detection technologies,including matrix effect interference,low trace residue detection rate,and insufficient method standardization.In response to these issues,optimization strategies such as establishing a matrix effect correction model,optimizing trace enrichment techniques,and developing unified detection standards have been proposed.Research has shown that the comprehensive application of various advanced analytical techniques can effectively improve the accuracy and sensitivity of drug residue detection in aquatic food,providing technical support for ensuring food safety.
