This paper provides an overview of the fundamental principles,key technological elements,and quality and safety standards of green food processing.It analyzes the innovative directions of green food processing technology,including the research and development as well as application of novel processing technologies,the improvement and optimization of traditional processing technologies,and resource-efficient utilization and recycling technologies in the processing process.Through specific case studies,the application practices of green food processing technology in areas such as agricultural product processing,food preservation,and packaging are elaborated.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the sustainable development of the green food industry.
