本文简要介绍了食品中甲醛的危害、来源,以及相关限量、检测标准,综述了食品中甲醛检测方法的研究进展,并展望了甲醛检测方法的发展方向.
Abstract
This article briefly introduces the hazards and sources of formaldehyde in food,as well as the relevant limits and detection standards,reviews the research progress of formaldehyde detection methods in food,and looks forward to the development direction of formaldehyde detection methods.
