摘要
快速检测技术具有操作简便、检测高效、经济实用等优势,可在短时间内完成食品检测,为食品安全状况判断提供直观的数据支撑,便于提升食品安全监管效能,避免食品安全事故发生.本文介绍了快速检测技术的定义、特点及常见种类,综述了其在农兽药残留、生物毒素、微生物、重金属元素等检测方向的应用研究情况,以期为快速检测技术在食品检测领域中的广泛应用提供参考.
Abstract
Rapid detection technology has the advantages of simple operation,efficient detection,economic and practical,which can complete food detection in a short time,provide intuitive data support for food safety status judgment,facilitate the improvement of food safety supervision efficiency,and avoid food safety accidents.In this paper,the definition,characteristics and common types of rapid detection technology are introduced,and the application research of rapid detection technology in the detection direction of agricultural and veterinary drug residues,biotoxins,microorganisms,heavy metal elements is reviewed,in order to provide reference for the wide application of rapid detection technology in the field of food detection.
