Problems and Countermeasures of Standardization System Implementation in Food Enterprises
Food safety is fundamental to the survival and development of enterprises,but there are still problems in the quality management of food enterprises in China,such as incomplete standard system and insufficient personnel ability.This paper analyzes the core elements and implementation status of the standardization system of food enterprises,proposes suggestions such as optimizing the design of the standard system structure,standardizing the standardization workflow management,strengthening the training mechanism of standardization personnel,and improving the supervision and assessment system of the implementation of standards,in order to improve the quality management level of food enterprises.
