Influencing Factors of Sampling Quality in Food Safety Supervision and Countermeasures for Improvement
Food inspection is a basic supervision system in the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China,and is an important technical support for market management departments to supervise the whole process of food production and operation activities and law enforcement and handling cases.How to accurately find food quality problems,improve the sampling targeting rate of problem samples,and provide scientific basis for timely investigation and discovery of food safety hazards are the key problems that need to be studied by inspection institutions.This paper briefly analyzes the main factors affecting the sampling quality of food safety supervision,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the sampling quality of food safety supervision,so as to provide help for improving the quality and efficiency of food safety supervision.
