摘要
食品安全关系人们的身体健康和生命安全,消费者对餐饮企业的食品安全越来越关注,也希望获得更好的消费体验.本文以宁夏广味海鲜餐饮管理服务有限公司为例,探讨餐饮企业如何及时进行管理升级,将过去的粗放式管理转变为精细化日常管理,在筑牢食品安全底线的基础上满足消费者多元的消费需求,并达到企业降本增效的目的,打造餐饮企业食品安全的"新样板".
Abstract
Food safety is related to people's health and life safety.Consumers are more and more concerned about food safety of catering enterprises and also hope to have a better consumption experience.This paper takes Ningxia Guangwei Seafood Catering Management Service Co.,Ltd.as an example to discuss how catering enterprises can timely upgrade management,transform the past extensive management into fine daily management,meet the diversified consumer needs of consumers on the basis of establishing the bottom line of food safety,and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of enterprises,and create a"new model"of food safety in catering enterprises.
