摘要
食品添加剂是现代食品工业中广泛应用的化学物质,具有改善食品色香味和延长保质期的作用.在保障食品安全的背景下,食品添加剂的风险评估和管理至关重要.本文系统探讨了食品添加剂的种类及其应用,并提出了完善法规与标准、加强监管与执法、提高风险交流与公众教育以及推动技术创新等风险管理策略,旨在规范食品添加剂的使用,减少其潜在危害,提升食品安全水平,确保消费者的健康权益.
Abstract
Food additives are widely used chemical substances in the modern food industry,which have the effect of improving the color and flavor of food and extending the shelf life.In the context of ensuring food safety,risk assessment and management of food additives are crucial.This paper systematically discusses the types and applications of food additives,and proposes risk management strategies such as improving regulations and standards,strengthening supervision and law enforcement,improving risk communication and public education,and promoting technological innovation,aiming to standardize the use of food additives,reduce their potential hazards,improve food safety level,and ensure the health rights and interests of consumers.
