Research on Safety Indicators and Testing Techniques of Food Additives
Food safety is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood,food additives play an important role in improving food quality,but improper use may pose risks to consumer health.This article systematically elaborates on the classification and use,safety indicators,and detection techniques of food additives,focuses on the application of analytical techniques such as high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,mass spectrometry,and atomic absorption spectroscopy in the detection of food additives,as well as corresponding precautions.By selecting appropriate testing plans,standardizing operational procedures,and establishing a comprehensive quality management system,necessary technical support can be provided for the scientific evaluation and effective supervision of food additives,ensuring maximum food safety.
