Analysis of Anionic Synthetic Detergent Residue in Disinfected Tableware in Zibo City
In order to understand the residual content of anionic synthetic detergent in the sterilized tableware produced by all tableware disinfection companies in Zibo city,Shandong province,a total number of 260 samples were collected from 14 tableware disinfection companies in five districts and three counties of Zibo city in May 2024.Two batches of samples were collected from 12 tableware disinfection companies,and one batch of samples were collected from 2 tableware disinfection companies(the enterprise produce products intermittently,there were only one batch of products when sampled).10 samples were included in per batch.After numbering,two samples were randomly selected from each batch.Then pretreatment of the two samples were done according to GB 14934-2016.The residues of anionic synthetic detergent in the sterilized tableware was determined according to GB/T 5750.4-2023,and the samples exceeding the standard were further pre-treated and determined by two samples.The results showed that the pass rate of 14 enterprises was 78.6%.The products of one company in High-tech zone,Zichuan district and Boshan district were detected with anionic synthetic detergent,while the average contents of the residual anionic synthetic detergent(measured by sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate)were 0.005 7 mg/100 cm2,0.007 8 mg/100 cm2,0.012 0 mg/100 cm2,respectively.In the future,the regulatory authorities should strengthen the supervision of enterprises with unqualified test results of anionic synthetic detergent.
