气相色谱-串联质谱法检测甘肃百合中农药残留

目的:参照《中华人民共和国药典》(四部)检测标准,建立气相色谱-串联质谱(Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)法检测百合中 15 种农药残留.方法:样品经过乙腈溶剂提取,采用GC-MS/MS测定,外标法定量.结果:15 种农药的平均回收率在 70.6%~115.2%,相对标准偏差在 1.7%~12.7%.在选取的甘肃地区产的 17 批百合样品中共检出农药残留 4 份,检出率为23.5%.结论:本方法前处理简单,效率高,检测结果的准确度高,能满足百合中农药残留的检测要求.
Determination of Pesticide Residues in Lily Bulb from Gansu Province by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)for the detection of 15 pesticide residues in lily bulb according to the testing standards of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(Part 4).Method:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solvent,determined by GC-MS/MS,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The average recoveries of 15 pesticides ranged from 70.6%to 115.2%,and the relative standard deviations were from 1.7%to 12.7%.A total of 4 pesticide residues were detected in 17 batches of lily bulb samples from Gansu province,and the detection rate was 23.5%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high efficiency and high accuracy,and can meet the detection requirements of pesticide residues in lily bulb.
