Determination of Pesticide Residues in Lily Bulb from Gansu Province by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)for the detection of 15 pesticide residues in lily bulb according to the testing standards of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(Part 4).Method:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solvent, determined by GC-MS/MS,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The average recoveries of 15 pesticides ranged from 70.6%to 115.2%,and the relative standard deviations were from 1.7%to 12.7%.A total of 4 pesticide residues were detected in 17 batches of lily bulb samples from Gansu province, and the detection rate was 23.5%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high efficiency and high accuracy, and can meet the detection requirements of pesticide residues in lily bulb.
