Determination of 5 Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by Gas Chromatography
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of residues of 5 organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables,including dimethoate,chlorpyrifos,methyl parathion,methyl thiocyclophos and triazophos.Method:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,filtered by filter paper,extracted by liquid-liquid extraction,concentrated by spin distillation,separated by capillary column,and tested by flame photometric detector.Result:The linear relationship and detection limits of the five organophosphorus pesticides met the requirements of relevant standards.The recoveries were 91.4%~109.4%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.79%~4.83%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and efficient,and is suitable for the detection of 5 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
