摘要
黑米含有花青素等生物活性物质,在我国种植广泛、产量较高.本文主要简述了黑米花青素的抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、调节血脂、增强视力、保护肝脏、抗哮喘、预防动脉粥样硬化等生物活性,为黑米及黑米花青素的产品研发提供理论依据.
Abstract
Black rice contains anthocyanins and other bioactive substances,which are widely cultivated in China with high yield.In this paper,the effects of black rice anthocyanins on oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-bacteria,regulation of blood lipids,enhancement of vision,protection of liver,anti-asthma,prevention of atherosclerosis were briefly described,providing a theoretical basis for the development of black rice and black rice anthocyanins.
