Research Progress on the Impact of Food Additives on Human Health
Food additives are natural or chemically synthesized substances added to improve food quality,maintain food stability,and increase nutritional value.They play an important role in food production,processing,and storage processes.However,the abuse of food additives can have negative effects on human health,leading to the occurrence of some diseases.Therefore,this article provides a detailed introduction to the relationship between food additives and metabolic diseases,cardiovascular diseases,cancer,inflammation,and allergic reactions.The aim is to attract the attention and attention of researchers and consumers,strengthen the supervision and management of food additives,and ensure their safe use.
