Sanda is a high-intensity competitive and confrontational sport that requires athletes to have outstanding comprehensive physical fitness on the basis of mastering professional knowledge and skills,in high-intensity training and competitions,Sanda athletes consume a huge amount of energy and nutrients.Therefore,this article will propose corresponding optimization strategies for the daily dietary nutrition supply of Sanda athletes,aiming to enhance their physical fitness and prevent sports injuries through reasonable dietary nutrition supply,while ensuring the physical health of Sanda athletes and continuously improving their competitive level.
