摘要

随着现代食品加工方法的不断发展和人们对健康的日益重视,研发针对特定人群的营养食品已成为食品工业的重要发展方向.本文分析特定人群的营养需求,阐述针对婴幼儿、老年人、运动员和慢性病患者等特定人群的食品加工方法以及评估加工方法对特定人群健康的影响.

Abstract

With the continuous development of modern food processing methods and people's increasing attention to health,research and development of nutritious food for specific people has become an important development direction of the food industry.This paper analyzes the nutritional needs of specific groups,and describes the food processing methods for specific groups such as infants,the elderly,athletes and patients with chronic diseases,and assesses the impact of processing methods on the health of specific groups.
