The Development Status,Problems and Future Prospects of China's Prefabricated Food Industry
With the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the catering market and the acceleration of people's life rhythm,prefabricated dishes have become the choice of many families and catering enterprises.This paper summarizes the definition and development status of prefabricated food,analyzes the current problems faced by the prefabricated food industry in terms of raw materials,standard setting,consumer cognition and policies,and puts forward effective countermeasures to solve these problems for reference.
