Common Pesticide Residue Detection Methods and Their Applications in Agricultural Products
Pesticide residues are an important hidden danger that affects the quality and safety of agricultural products.This article provides an overview of commonly used pesticide residue detection methods in agricultural products,and focus on the application and existing problems of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technologies.In response to the problems of insufficient accuracy of detection equipment,need for improvement in sample processing technology,and weak applicability of detection standards,countermeasures are put forward,such as optimizing the parameters of chromatography-mass spectrometry,innovating sample extraction schemes,and improving the dynamic revision mechanism of pesticide residue limit standards,in order to provide reference for improving the level of pesticide residue detection and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products..
