Optimization of Molecular Diagnostic Techniques in the Detection of Food Microorganisms
With the rapid development of modern food industry, food safety has received widespread attention from the society.Microbial contamination in food is one of the main factors threatening food safety,so the detection of microorganisms in food is very important. In recent years, with the vigorous development of molecular biology, molecular diagnostic technologies represented by polymerase chain reaction, nucleic acid hybridization and gene chip have been gradually applied in the field of food microbial detection. In this paper,on the basis of introducing the commonly used molecular diagnostic technologies in food microbial detection, the problems in the application of molecular diagnosis technology are summarized, and some suggestions to optimize the molecular diagnosis technology are put forward,in order to provide reference for further improving the level of food microbial detection.
