摘要

灵芝是一种扶正固本、滋补强壮的药用真菌,富含灵芝多糖、灵芝三萜、生物碱、蛋白质等生物大分子.其中,灵芝多糖是其发挥降血糖、降血压、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力、补气安神等功效的主要活性成分,在食品保健、中医临床等领域具有广阔的应用前景.本文对灵芝多糖提取技术的研究进展进行综述,以期为更好地开发利用灵芝多糖提供参考.

Abstract

Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of medicinal fungus that strengthens the body,which is rich in Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides,Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids,alkaloids,proteins and other biological macromolecules.Among them,Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is the main active ingredient that plays its role in lowering blood sugar,lowering blood pressure,antioxidant,anti-tumor,improving immunity,invigorating qi and calming the mind,etc.,and has broad application prospects in food health care,traditional Chinese medicine clinical and other fields.This paper reviews the research progress of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide extraction technology,in order to provide a reference for better development and utilization of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides.
