Research on Application of Rapid Detection Technology for Food Safety
In recent years,frequent food safety problems have seriously threatened public health and safety.As an important means of food safety assurance,rapid detection technology is gradually being widely concerned and applied.This paper analyzes the application significance and existing problems of rapid detection technology for food safety,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,in order to further promote the application of rapid detection technology and better protect public health and safety.
