Discussion on On-Site Verification of Production Licence for Meat Product Manufacturers
With the development of the social economy,meat products have become a common food on people's dining tables.In order to improve the production level of meat product manufacturing enterprises,this article explores the problems that exist in on-site inspections during the application process for food production licenses,such as unclear quality management responsibilities and improper layout of production sites.It also proposes rectification measures such as clarifying quality management responsibilities and planning production sites reasonably.Through systematic rectification,the aim is to provide the public with higher quality meat products,ensuring product quality and safety.
