摘要
塑化剂是食品包装中的常用添加剂,能够改变聚合物的性能,提升其加工性.但是,塑化剂可能会迁移到食品中并残留,人们在食用残留有塑化剂的食品后可能会受到塑化剂毒性的影响,导致生育能力、肝功能、肾脏功能受到破坏.本文分析塑化剂的种类和危害,总结塑化剂的常用检测技术,有助于技术人员了解塑化剂的作用机制和风险.
Abstract
Plasticizers are commonly used additives in food packaging,which can change the properties of polymers and improve their processability.However,plasticizers may migrate to food and remain,and people may be affected by plasticizer toxicity after eating food with plasticizer residues,resulting in the destruction of fertility,liver function,and kidney function.This paper analyzes the types and hazards of plasticizers,summarizes the common detection techniques of plasticizers,and helps technicians to understand the mechanism of action and risk of plasticizers.
