Types,Hazards,and Detection Technologies of Plasticizers in Food
Plasticizers are commonly used additives in food packaging,which can change the properties of polymers and improve their processability.However,plasticizers may migrate to food and remain,and people may be affected by plasticizer toxicity after eating food with plasticizer residues,resulting in the destruction of fertility,liver function,and kidney function.This paper analyzes the types and hazards of plasticizers,summarizes the common detection techniques of plasticizers,and helps technicians to understand the mechanism of action and risk of plasticizers.
