预包装桂林米粉知名度影响因素研究

在现代社会对方便快捷食品需求日益增长的背景下,预包装桂林米粉作为桂林特色美食的现代化产品,面临着提升产品知名度和市场认知度的挑战.本文先对预包装桂林米粉知名度进行调查,再进一步从产品特色、地域依赖、市场竞争、品牌推广、特色口味 5 个方面进行深入分析.通过调查发现,桂林米粉作为传统美食,其整体认知度较高,但预包装形式的桂林米粉在市场上的认知度却相对较低.此外,尽管消费者普遍认可其烹煮的便利性和吃法配菜选择的多样性,但在产品特色、品牌建设等方面仍存在不足.针对以上问题,本研究提出了有效的市场推广策略,以期推动预包装桂林米粉的发展.
Abstract
In the context of the increasing demand for convenient and fast food in modern society,prepackaged Guilin rice noodles,as a modern product of Guilin's special cuisine,are facing the challenge of improving product awareness and market awareness.This paper first investigates the popularity of prepackaged Guilin rice noodles,and then further analyzes the product characteristics,regional dependence,market competition,brand promotion,and characteristic taste.The survey found that Guilin rice noodles,as a traditional food,have a high overall recognition,but the recognition of prepackaged Guilin rice noodles in the market is relatively low.In addition,although consumers generally recognize the convenience of cooking and the diversity of eating side dishes,there are still deficiencies in product features and brand building.In response to the above problems,this study proposes a number of effective marketing strategies to promote the development of pre-packaged Guilin rice noodles.
