Research on the Influencing Factors of the Popularity of Prepackaged Guilin Rice Noodles
In the context of the increasing demand for convenient and fast food in modern society,prepackaged Guilin rice noodles,as a modern product of Guilin's special cuisine,are facing the challenge of improving product awareness and market awareness.This paper first investigates the popularity of prepackaged Guilin rice noodles,and then further analyzes the product characteristics,regional dependence,market competition,brand promotion,and characteristic taste.The survey found that Guilin rice noodles,as a traditional food,have a high overall recognition,but the recognition of prepackaged Guilin rice noodles in the market is relatively low.In addition,although consumers generally recognize the convenience of cooking and the diversity of eating side dishes,there are still deficiencies in product features and brand building.In response to the above problems,this study proposes a number of effective marketing strategies to promote the development of pre-packaged Guilin rice noodles.
