摘要
本文分析当前食品安全管理面临的问题,如追溯体系缺失、预警机制不完善、监管手段落后等.针对这些问题,基于大数据分析技术,提出构建食品供应链全程追溯平台、建立风险智能预警系统、应用先进监测技术强化监管等对策,以期精准识别食品安全风险、追溯问题食品来源,为监管决策提供数据支撑,从而有效保障食品安全.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the current problems of food safety management,such as the lack of traceability system,the imperfection of early warning mechanism,and and the backwardness of supervision means.In response to these problems,based on big data analysis technology,countermeasures are proposed,such as building a full traceability platform for the food supply chain,establishing a risk intelligent warning system,and applying advanced monitoring technology to strengthen supervision,so as to accurately identify food safety risks,trace the source of problematic food,provide data support for regulatory decision-making,and effectively protect food safety.
